Flat 3 Brook Road is a newly refurbished student home on the second and third floor which resides within a grand Victorian property. It boasts large, fully furnished bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and ample social space for all of your flatmates and friends. Styled around the popular ‘city loft’, the kitchen/living area is the perfect chillout area. To the rear of the property there is a communal garden which is tended to year-round; it is perfect for picnics and BBQs in the Summer months, when exam season has finally ended. Located in central Fallowfield, it is ideally located for any student residing in Manchester and should not be missed.
It has been very popular during the years we have owned it, along with the other two flats in the building and should not be missed. We recommend early viewing to secure it for the coming year.
Being only 10 minutes walk to the Sainsbury’s and in central Fallowfield, shopping for groceries, ordering a takeaway or visiting friends will all be quick and simple.
